WHO AM i?

 

I have been working with energy for as long as I can remember. As a child, changing the energy of people, places and situations were as native to me as it was to breathe. I, of course, assumed it was as everybody experienced the world. Full of magic and possibility.

As I grew up and explored all sorts of careers, travels, adventures, risks, loves, and losses; I eventually came back to my nature - the magic of working with energy to create change.

​

Specifically, when I completed my Yoga Teacher Training in 2014 and experienced a Samadhi (a spontaneous ecstatic state of being) I knew that working with energy full time was my calling. It was time. 

​

Since then, it has been full steam ahead.

​

I have facilitated thousands of people through one-on-one healings, retreats, workshops, or group immersions, which have created significant change in their lives as well as my own.
